Feta in crosta croccante di pasta fillo, con miele e sesamo: un antipasto greco veloce, cotto al forno o in friggitrice ad aria. Delizioso e facile da fare!
Ingredients
- Feta200 g
- Filo pastry60 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Sesame seedsto taste
Procedure
0. Dry the block of feta by patting it with paper towels.
1. Prepare 2-3 sheets of phyllo dough. Roll out the first sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with oil or melted butter. Place the second sheet on top and brush it as well.
2. Place the block of feta in the center of the sheets and gently wrap it like a gift. Brush the surface with a little oil.
3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a pinch of pepper if you like.
4. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake on parchment paper for 15-18 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Alternatively, you can also cook it in an air fryer. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through if necessary.
5. Drizzle warm honey over the freshly baked feta. Add a few more raw sesame seeds for a decorative touch. Serve piping hot as an appetizer or a light main dish with a salad.
