La moqueca รจ un delizioso piatto brasiliano a base di pesce o frutti di mare, latte di cocco, pomodori, cipolle e peperoni. Ecco una ricetta di base:
Ingredients
- Cod fillet500 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Cluster tomato3 u (600 g)
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons
- Lemon2 u (170 g)
- Bell pepper2 u (440 g)
- Golden onion1 u (150 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Chili pepperto taste
- Corianderto taste
Procedure
0. Marinate the fish in lemon juice, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add the onion and peppers. Cook until soft. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
2. Add the marinated fish and lemon juice to the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes. Add the coconut milk and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer for another 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
3. Before serving, add fresh cilantro and fresh chili pepper if you like a little spiciness. Serve the moqueca with white rice and slices of bread for a complete and delicious meal!
