- Greek yogurt 0%300 g
- Almond milk100 ml
- Proteine in polvere whey50 g
- Pistachios5 u (5 g)
- Honey2 teaspoons
- Rose water1 teaspoon
- Banana1 u (180 g)
- Fresh mintto taste
Procedure
0. Place the Greek yogurt, frozen banana slices, washed mint leaves, rose water (or petals), honey (if using), protein powder, and plant-based milk in a blender. Blend on high for about 30-40 seconds, until smooth and fragrant.
1. Pour into a tall glass or smoothie bowl. Garnish with rose petals, chopped pistachios, and, for a wow factor, a few crystallized mint leaves or coconut flakes.
2. The flavor is fresh, floral, and slightly exotic, perfect for spring and summer. The visual effect is spectacular when served in a clear glass with thoughtful toppings. Excellent post-workout or as a light yet satisfying breakfast.
