  • 0. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the chopped onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  • 1. Divide the dough into small portions, about 40-50 g each. Shape into balls and then flatten them into round disks about 1 cm thick.
  • 2. Heat a drizzle of oil in a nonstick pan or on a grill over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked to your liking.
  • 3. Cut the mini rolls in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a pan.
  • 4. On the bottom of each bun, add a little sauce of your choice (like mayo, ketchup, or mustard), then a burger patty, a slice of cheese (if desired), and vegetables like lettuce and tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
  • 5. Serve the mini burgers immediately, accompanied by fries or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
