  • 0. In a bowl mix the butter and oil with the sugar until you get a cream. Add all the other ingredients and mix until you get a compact dough. Cover with cling film and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Take two thirds of the dough and roll it out between two sheets of baking paper. Using a pastry cutter, make circles and place them on the molds. Fill the molds with jam.
  • 2. Use the remaining dough to create the lid and place it on the mold covering it completely. Make two incisions with the knife to let the air out. Bake in a static oven at 180°C for about thirty minutes.
