Piccole pie monoporzioni con marmellata di albicocca
Ingredients
- Type 00 flour350 g
- Jam250 g
- Granulated sugar160 g
- Butter50 g
- Olive oil50 ml
- Semi-skimmed milk50 ml
- Baking powder16 g
- Egg yolk4 u (68 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Lemon zestto taste
Procedure
0. In a bowl mix the butter and oil with the sugar until you get a cream. Add all the other ingredients and mix until you get a compact dough. Cover with cling film and let it cool for 30 minutes.
1. Take two thirds of the dough and roll it out between two sheets of baking paper. Using a pastry cutter, make circles and place them on the molds. Fill the molds with jam.
2. Use the remaining dough to create the lid and place it on the mold covering it completely. Make two incisions with the knife to let the air out. Bake in a static oven at 180°C for about thirty minutes.
