- Corn flour100 g
- Butter100 g
- Type 00 flour100 g
- Granulated sugar90 g
- Vanilla essence1 u
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Baking powderto taste
Procedure
0. In a bowl, combine the two flours, the sugar, and the baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients, make a well in the center, and add the egg, salt, softened butter, and vanilla essence. Mix until the dough is smooth.
1. Now transfer it to a piping bag with a star nozzle and form donuts directly on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
2. Place the biscuits in the refrigerator to firm up for 1 hour, then bake them in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
3. Your corn biscuits are ready to be enjoyed.
