- Tomato puree1 L
- Ground beef500 g
- White bread200 g
- Semi-skimmed milk100 ml
- Pecorino30 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Parsleyto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Basilto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Moisten the bread with milk. Place the parsley in the bowl and blend for 30 seconds, speed 6. Add the squeezed bread, meat, eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper and blend for 1 minute, speed 4.
1. With slightly damp hands, form the meatballs and let them rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Pour the tomato puree into the bowl, season with salt, pepper, oil, and basil, close the lid, and place the meatballs on the Varoma. Cook for about 35 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 1.
2. Serve the meatballs with the sauce covered.
