Polpette “nascoste” di verdure: un’esplosione di gusto e colori che conquista grandi e piccini, perfette per far amare le verdure in modo goloso!
Ingredients
- Ground beef500 g
- Zucchini500 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP70 g
- Breadcrumbs30 g
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Mintto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
Procedure
0. Using a large-hole grater, grate the zucchini and remove any excess water. Transfer the zucchini to a bowl and add the ground beef, egg, Parmesan cheese, and all the herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients by hand and, depending on the moisture level, add 2 or 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
1. Shape the meatballs and coat them in breadcrumbs. Place the meatballs in the air fryer and drizzle with oil—I recommend using spray olive oil. Cook for 15 minutes at 180°C, turning the meatballs for even cooking, and finish cooking for 5-7 minutes at 200°C.
