  • 0. Start with the meat. Cut the meat into small pieces with a sharp knife and brown it in a large pan or wok with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Once it's evenly browned, remove it and keep it warm on a plate. In the same pan, sauté the garlic and chopped onion. Add the chopped bell pepper, let it cook for a few minutes, and cook with the lid on until tender. Add the beans, tomato puree, and chopped chili pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy. Toward the end of cooking, add the meat and let it cook for a few minutes. Finally, add the drained corn and mix well.
  • 1. Warm the tortillas on a griddle and fill them with the prepared filling. Fold the edges of each tortilla inward, then roll it up, keeping the overlapping side down. Cut in half and serve the hot meat burritos immediately.
