Crema al mascarpone vellutata e dolce, preparata facilmente con il Bimby. Ideale per tiramisù e dessert cremosi fatti in casa.
Ingredients
- Mascarpone500 g
- Granulated sugar150 g
- Eggs3 u (180 g)
Procedure
0. Insert the butterfly whisk and beat the egg whites at room temperature until stiff, for 2 minutes at 37°C, speed 3. Once stiff, set aside.
1. Leave the butterfly whisk inserted and beat the egg yolks with the sugar for 4 minutes at speed 5.
2. Remove the butterfly whisk and add the mascarpone, mixing everything together for 1 minute at speed 1/2.
3. Finally, add the whipped egg whites and mix with a spatula.
