Torta di nespole dolce e fragrante, con frutta fresca di stagione e un impasto soffice. Perfetta per dessert primaverili e merende leggere.
Ingredients
- Loquats500 g
- Type 00 flour300 g
- Almond milk160 ml
- Agave syrup150 g
- Soy yogurt120 g
- Sunflower oil80 ml
- Almond flour40 g
- Baking powder16 g
- Vanillin powder1 u
Procedure
0. In a bowl, first combine the flours, baking powder, and vanilla. Then add the yogurt, agave syrup, seed oil, and almond milk, and mix well until smooth. Line the bottom of the cake pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the edges, then pour in the batter.
1. Peel the medlars, cut them in half to remove the seeds, and then cut them into quarters again. Arrange the fruit slices on the surface of the cake, burying them slightly in the batter, and garnish with chocolate chips. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes, then remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before serving, sliced.
