Un’esplosione di freschezza con il profumo intenso del basilico, pinoli e parmigiano, la pasta al pesto ligure è un viaggio nei sapori del Mediterraneo!
Ingredients
- Extra virgin olive oil100 ml
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Basil50 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure

3. Once the mixture is well combined, add the cheeses, alternating them with a drizzle of oil. Mash and continue alternating the cheese and oil. The final mixture should have a typical grainy, creamy consistency.
