Bocconcini di pollo si tuffano in una salsa profumata di limone, cipolla dolce e coriandolo fresco, per un piatto leggero ma ricco di carattere.
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs1 Kg
- Golden onion500 g
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Bouillon cubeto taste
- Corianderto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Start by marinating the chicken for two hours with the lemon juice, coriander, salt and pepper.
1. In a high-sided pan, heat a drizzle of oil and brown the thighs. Meanwhile, roughly chop the onion and prepare the broth.
2. Sprinkle the onion over the chicken and pour in a cup of broth. Cover and cook for an hour and a half over very low heat. Turn the chicken halfway through to prevent burning.
3. Once the cooking time is up, adjust the heat to adjust the consistency of the cooking liquid. Serve hot with a side dish of your choice.
