Torta al limone soffice e profumata, con un perfetto equilibrio tra dolce e agrumato. Ideale per rinfrescare ogni occasione speciale.
Ingredients
- Type 00 flour250 g
- Granulated sugar200 g
- Water100 ml
- Sunflower oil100 ml
- Baking powder16 g
- Eggs4 u (240 g)
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Powdered sugarto taste
Procedure
0. Preparation: Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and grated lemon zest, and begin blending. Add the oil and then the water, continuing to mix. Now add the flour, a little at a time, continuing to mix. Finally, add the baking powder and give it a final stir to eliminate any lumps.
1. Baking: Pour the batter into a 24 cm (9.5 in) diameter baking pan, previously greased and floured, and level it. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 170°C (340°F) for 40 minutes (or in a conventional oven at 180°C (350°F) for the same amount of time). Dust with powdered sugar once baked.
