Prepara un latte di avena cremoso e salutare con pochi ingredienti: avena, acqua e un pizzico di pazienza. Delicato e naturale, è perfetto per il caffè, i cereali o da gustare da solo. Sperimenta con vaniglia e cannella per renderlo unico!
Ingredients

- Oat flakes1 cup

Procedure
0. If you like, you can soak the oats in water for about 30 minutes before proceeding. This step can help soften the milk.
1. Rinse the oat flakes thoroughly under running water to remove any dust or impurities.
2. Place the rinsed oats in a blender with the 4 cups of water. Add the sweetener, salt, and vanilla extract, if desired. Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
3. Use a non-dairy milk bag, cheesecloth, or a fine-mesh strainer to strain the mixture. Slowly pour the oat milk through the strainer into a large bowl, pressing firmly to extract as much liquid as possible.
4. Transfer the strained oat milk to a bottle or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 3-5 days. Shake well before each use, as oat milk tends to separate.
5. For a creamier oat milk, you can add a small amount of vegetable oil, such as coconut oil or sunflower oil. If the milk is too thick, you can add a little more water and mix well. The remaining oat residue after straining can be used in other recipes, such as smoothies, cookies, or bread.
