Ingredients
- Kumquat200 g
- Granulated sugar30 g
- Almonds25 g
- Hazelnuts25 g
- Fresh mintto taste
Procedure
0. Wash the kumquats thoroughly because they should be eaten with their skins intact. Cut them in half and remove the seeds with a sharp knife.
1. Place the kumquats in a pan and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. A sweet juice will form, and the kumquats will caramelize a bit.
2. In a blender, combine the almonds and hazelnuts and chop them finely. Arrange a few kumquats in a bowl and pour the chopped almonds and hazelnuts over them. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
