- Tomato puree350 ml
- Durum wheat pasta300 g
- Fresh sausage150 g
- Ground beef150 g
- Carrots70 g
- Golden onion70 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOPto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. To prepare the ragù, finely chop the onions and grate the carrots. Sauté the vegetables in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
1. Then add the sausage paste and ground beef and brown. Then add the tomato puree and cook for about twenty minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the sauce and stir in a little Parmesan cheese. Plate and serve hot.
