Procedure
0. To prepare, start by cleaning the peppers and cutting them into slices. Add a drizzle of oil to the pan and add the peppers along with a minced garlic clove. Cook with a lid on.
1. Drain and rinse the lentils. Add the lentils to the pan, adding all the spices. Cook for about 10 minutes. Blend everything together with an immersion blender and let it cool. Serve with croutons!
