Pesto improvvisato con basilico del giardino

Il basilico in giardino stava crescendo troppo perciò l'ho potato e ne ho ricavato del pesto come metodo di conservazione
Ingredients
- Basil150 g
- Extra virgin olive oil80 ml
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP45 g
- Roasted peanuts30 g
- Fine saltto taste
- Garlicto taste
Procedure
0. I washed the basil leaves and then dried them on a clean cloth.
1. I added the parmesan, the garlic cut into small pieces and the peanuts to the blender (if you have the money use pine nuts, I used what I had at home), I gave it a first blend until the ingredients were all the same size

2. After that I added the leaves, salt and oil, blending until I obtained the typical sauce.
3. I seasoned it with pasta and cut the rest into portion-sized cubes, in the freezer, ready to use.
