Il muesli preparato in questa ricetta è quello tradizionale svizzero, noto anche come Bircher Müesli, nato come pasto leggero e nutriente. A differenza della granola, non prevede alcun passaggio in forno.

- Oat flakes300 g
- Agave syrup100 g
- Walnuts50 g
- Hazelnuts50 g
- Almonds50 g
- Raisins40 g
Procedure
0. Chop the dried fruit: In a blender, blend the dried fruit for a few seconds until coarsely chopped.
1. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cereal flakes, chopped nuts, and raisins. You can add freeze-dried berries.
2. Add the sweeteners: Pour the agave syrup and honey into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
3. Storage: Transfer the muesli to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
4. Customization: You can add seeds (chia, flax, sunflower), spices (cinnamon, cardamom) or other types of dried and dehydrated fruit to your liking.
