Ingredients
- Honey350 g
- Chili pepper10 g
- Apple cider vinegar5 ml
- Chili powder3 g
- Fine salt1 g
Procedure
0. In a small saucepan, gently heat the 350g of honey (low heat – it must not boil!).
1. Add the chillies and let it steep for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. If desired, add apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt towards the end.
3. Turn off the heat and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
4. Strain everything (or leave the chillies if you want a stronger version).
5. Pour into a sterilized jar or bottle. Store in a cool, dark place, but not in the refrigerator.
