Io la preferisco alla frutta, ma in ogni caso la base di pasta frolla si abbina benissimo anche al cioccolato o altri ripieni, come la ricotta!
Ingredients
- Type 00 flour300 g
- Granulated sugar150 g
- Butter100 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Jamto taste
Procedure
0. Cut the cold butter into cubes and mix it with a ladle together with the sugar, until the mixture is light and smooth.
1. Add the eggs (if you prefer a crumbly pastry, add a whole egg and a yolk) and mix everything together.
2. Add the sifted flour and yeast and knead the mixture, also using your hands.
3. Leave the pastry to rest in the refrigerator (or even in the freezer on hot days!) for at least 30 minutes.
4. Roll out 2/3 of the pastry with a rolling pin, then place it on the baking tray and prick the pastry with a fork.
5. Spread your desired amount of jam (a lot!) and roll out the remaining dough, then cut out strips to decorate the tart. Alternatively, you can use cookie cutters!
