Pasta fatta a mano con sugo di pomodoro: il piacere della tradizione in ogni morso, con un sugo semplice che profuma di casa e domeniche in famiglia.
Ingredients
- Type 00 flour300 g
- Tomato puree300 ml
- Eggs3 u (180 g)
- Garlic1 clove
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOPto taste
Procedure
0. In a bowl, arrange the flour in a volcano shape and make a hole in the center.
1. Crack the eggs into the center of the bowl and knead vigorously. After about ten minutes, wrap in cling film and let rest for 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, you can prepare the sauce. Simply crush the garlic and sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Then add the tomato puree and a pinch of salt.
3. After 30 minutes, roll out the dough using a rolling pin or a pasta machine. Choose your desired shape and cut the dough.
4. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Depending on the thickness, it will take 2 to 5 minutes to cook. Once cooked, add the pasta to the pan with the sauce and stir in a little Parmesan cheese.
