- Ribe rice200 g
- Radicchio50 g
- Fontina30 g
- Frozen spinach20 g
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste

Procedure
0. Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a pan and add half an onion, sliced. Add the washed and chopped radicchio and then the frozen spinach.
1. Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil in a pot and add the rice. Heat the milk in a small saucepan, add the chopped fontina cheese, and stir.
2. When the rice is al dente, drain it and pour it into the pan with the vegetables. Add the creamed cheese, turmeric, and pepper and stir quickly until combined. Serve with sliced cherry tomatoes.
