Insalata greca fresca e colorata con feta, pomodori, cetrioli e olive. Un piatto estivo leggero e ricco di sapore mediterraneo.
Ingredients
- Cucumber250 g
- Cluster tomato250 g
- Feta200 g
- Red onion150 g
- Black olives100 g
- Dried oreganoto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Basilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices, and dice the tomatoes and green chili peppers. Cut the feta cheese into 1.5 cm cubes. Place the vegetables in a large dish and season with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt.
1. Add the chopped peppers, pitted black olives, and feta cubes. Season with oregano and basil, add a little more oil, and mix gently.
