Ingredients
- Oat flakes200 g
- Raisins50 g
- Almonds30 g
- Walnuts30 g
- Flaxseeds15 g
- Sunflower seeds15 g
- Honey3 tablespoons
- Coconut oil2 tablespoons
- Fine saltto taste
- Ground cinnamonto taste
Procedure
0. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan-assisted). In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, coarsely chopped nuts, seeds, salt, and cinnamon. In a small saucepan, heat the coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) over low heat until combined.
1. Pour the hot liquid over the dry mix and stir well until everything is well coated. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smoothing it out evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even toasting.
2. Let it cool completely: it will dry out and become crunchy. Add the dried fruit only once it's cooled and store in an airtight container.
3. ✅ Tips: • Customize it with cocoa, vanilla, or citrus zest. • Excellent with Greek yogurt or plant-based drinks. • Stores for up to 3 weeks in an airtight container.
