Ingredients
- Whole wheat bread30 g
- Grana Padano10 g
- Artichoke4 u (1000 g)
- Garlic1 clove
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Parsleyto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
Procedure
0. Start by removing the tough leaves and cutting off the stems and hard part of the artichokes. Spread the artichokes out, separating the leaves from each other to stuff them. Place them in a bowl of water and lemon and let them steep for a few minutes.
1. Meanwhile, in a bowl, prepare a mixture of whole-wheat bread, finely chopped garlic and parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, and salt. Add a drizzle of oil and water to help bind the bread.
2. Stuff the artichokes with this mixture. Arrange the artichokes upright in a saucepan, pour a glass of water on the bottom and a little olive oil on top. Cover and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to low until the water evaporates.
