  • 0. Start by removing the tough leaves and cutting off the stems and hard part of the artichokes. Spread the artichokes out, separating the leaves from each other to stuff them. Place them in a bowl of water and lemon and let them steep for a few minutes.
  • 1. Meanwhile, in a bowl, prepare a mixture of whole-wheat bread, finely chopped garlic and parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, and salt. Add a drizzle of oil and water to help bind the bread.
