0. Start by beating the eggs and sugar. A fork or whisk will do, but you can also use an electric mixer. Add the milk and mix. Then add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth and free of lumps.
1. Pour a ladleful of batter into a lightly buttered nonstick pan. Cook over medium-low heat until bubbles appear on the surface. Using a spatula, flip the pancakes and brown the other side. Add your pancake to the stack and drizzle with syrup! 🥞
