Ingredients
- Dark chocolate250 g
- Hazelnuts150 g
- Butter150 g
- Rice flour100 g
- Coffee50 ml
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Start by toasting the hazelnuts in a nonstick pan. Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan or in the microwave. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric whisk until frothy.
1. Add the coffee to the chocolate and pour the mixture into the bowl with the eggs and sugar. Stir in the sifted flour and hazelnuts.
2. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
