- Dark chocolate50 g
- Tapioca flour30 g
- Unsweetened cocoa powder25 g
- Baking powder8 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
Procedure
0. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the softened butter cut into cubes, the flours, cocoa, baking powder, and milk.
1. Fill the muffin cups halfway and add a few pieces of chocolate. Cover with the remaining batter. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for about 25 minutes.
