- Banana300 g
- Gluten-free flour mix220 g
- Sunflower oil180 ml
- Brown sugar120 g
- Hazelnuts50 g
- Baking powder8 g
- Eggs3 u (180 g)
Procedure
0. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until they form a pulp. Add the eggs and sugar and beat the mixture. Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Chop the hazelnuts and add them to the batter. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake on the middle rack for 60 minutes. Let it cool before slicing.
