Questi biscotti allo zenzero e cannella sono tipici del periodo natalizio ma vanno bene in tutte le stagioni. Divertenti anche per trascorrere del tempo in armonia con i bambini

  • 0. Weigh out 200g of type 2 or even 1 flour. In a bowl, mix the flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, two teaspoons of grated ginger or one full teaspoon of ground ginger, the sugar and the butter melted in a bain-marie.
  • 1. Mix with your hands. Add enough milk or plant-based drink to obtain a malleable consistency and form a ball. Let rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it's about 4 mm thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out the desired shapes.
  • 3. Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Repeat any remaining dough scraps until all the dough is used.
  • 4. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. To make the cookies even more delicious, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
