Questi biscotti allo zenzero e cannella sono tipici del periodo natalizio ma vanno bene in tutte le stagioni. Divertenti anche per trascorrere del tempo in armonia con i bambini
Ingredients
- Type 2 flour200 g
- Semi-skimmed milk100 ml
- Butter60 g
- Brown sugar60 g
- Ginger20 g
- Ground cinnamon10 g
- Baking powder7 g
Procedure
0. Weigh out 200g of type 2 or even 1 flour. In a bowl, mix the flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, two teaspoons of grated ginger or one full teaspoon of ground ginger, the sugar and the butter melted in a bain-marie.
1. Mix with your hands. Add enough milk or plant-based drink to obtain a malleable consistency and form a ball. Let rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it's about 4 mm thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out the desired shapes.
3. Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Repeat any remaining dough scraps until all the dough is used.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. To make the cookies even more delicious, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
