I gamberi all'aglio sono un piatto tradizionale spagnolo spesso serviti come tapas.
Ingredients
- Shrimps200 g
- Extra virgin olive oil50 ml
- Garlic4 cloves
- Chili pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Parsleyto taste
Procedure
0. To prepare the garlic shrimp, the first thing we'll do is shell the shrimp, wash them well, and dry them with paper towels. Optionally, if the shrimp are large, we can remove the guts. Once all the shrimp are ready, add salt and ground black pepper. Peel and fillet the garlic and finely chop the fresh parsley.
1. Place a terracotta pot (or skillet) over medium heat with extra virgin olive oil, add the garlic and chili pepper. Cook the garlic until it begins to turn golden, but don't burn it. Then, increase the heat and add the shrimp. When they change color (in less than a minute), turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cover the pan for a couple of minutes so the shrimp can finish cooking, then quickly transfer them to a terracotta pot and serve immediately.
