- Chickpeas (precooked)400 g
- Lamb’s lettuce150 g
- Tahini10 g
- Water2 tablespoons
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Smoked paprikato taste
- Parsleyto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Drain the canned chickpeas and rinse them thoroughly. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas with the salt, parsley, and paprika. Cook in an air fryer for about 20 minutes, or until crispy, stirring occasionally.
1. Prepare the sauce by adding two tablespoons of tahini, the juice of one lemon, and two tablespoons of water. Stir vigorously to create an emulsion.

2. Arrange the lamb's lettuce and chickpeas on a plate. Drizzle with tahini sauce and serve warm.
