Un dessert inaspettatamente buono, che sorprende per la sua delicatezza e leggerezza. Senza farina, fatto solo con albumi montati a neve e cioccolato fondente, ha la consistenza #aerea di una #mousse cotta, ma con tutto l’aroma profondo del cioccolato puro.

  • 0. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. When they begin to foam, gradually add the sugar until you have a glossy, firm meringue.
  • 1. Melt the chocolate with the oil (or butter), let it cool.
  • 2. Add a couple of tablespoons of whipped egg whites to soften the chocolate and vanilla mixture, then gently incorporate the rest, mixing from the bottom up.
  • 3. Pour into a mold lined with baking paper.
  • 4. Bake in a static oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes (do not overcook or it will dry out).
