  • 0. Mix the yeast with half the water. Add the remaining water and the yogurt. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt. Pour in the liquid with the yeast and mix until the dough comes together. Transfer the dough to a smooth surface and knead until soft and smooth. Place it in a bowl and let it rise in a warm place, covered with a cloth, for about an hour.
  • 1. Roll out the dough until it's about 2 cm thick. Using a pastry cutter or a glass about 7.5 cm in diameter, cut out small disks and coat each disk with cornstarch. Knead the remaining dough again and repeat the process. Let it rise, covered, for another 30-40 minutes.
  • 2. In a pan, add a little butter and cook the muffins for about 7/8 minutes per side!
