Prepara in casa barrette energetiche alle nocciole sane, croccanti e senza conservanti. Ideali per uno snack naturale, ricco di gusto e perfetto per chi fa sport o cerca energia a lungo termine.
Ingredients
- Hazelnuts150 g
- Honey100 g
- Oat flakes100 g
- Dates50 g
- Chia seeds5 g
- Flaxseeds5 g
- Fine salt1 g
- Sunflower seedsto taste
- Peanut butterto taste
Procedure
0. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts (you can leave a few whole for visual effect) and combine them with the oats, seeds, and chopped nuts in a large bowl.
1. In a small saucepan, heat the honey, peanut butter, and a pinch of salt over low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
2. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking pan lined with baking paper (about 20x20 cm) and press down well with a spoon or dampened hands.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then cut into bars with a very sharp knife.
5. ℹ️ Tips • Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for 7-10 days. • Personalization: Replace the hazelnuts with almonds or walnuts, or add chopped dark chocolate, grated coconut, or protein powder. • No-bake version: The recipe doesn't require baking, but you can bake them at 170°C for 10 minutes to make them crispier.
