Non amando le uova ho preferito fare una versione senza. Lo trovo più buono!
Ingredients
- Dry biscuits200 g
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Butter100 g
- Powdered sugar100 g
- Almonds50 g
- Semi-skimmed milk6 tablespoons
- Unsweetened cocoa powder2 tablespoons
Procedure
0. Using a rolling pin, crush the biscuits in a bowl. Add the chopped and toasted almonds.
1. Meanwhile, in a saucepan or in the microwave, melt the chocolate and butter. Once melted, add the sugar, cocoa, and milk. Stir everything together and add to the biscuits. Stir everything together with a spatula and let rest for 5 minutes.
2. Spread the dough out on a layer of plastic wrap and shape it into a chocolate salami. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
