Un succo verde detox con zenzero, lime, arancia e spinaci: fresco, drenante e vitaminico, perfetto per ritrovare equilibrio ed energia.
Ingredients
- Fresh spinach250 g
- Water100 ml
- Lime1 g
- Honey1 teaspoon
- Ginger1 tablespoon
- Oranges1 u (150 g)
Procedure
0. Using a juicer: Wash the vegetables thoroughly and chop all the ingredients. Add the spinach/kale first, then alternate with the orange and ginger, and finally squeeze the lime juice. Mix well and serve chilled.
1. Blender: Place all ingredients (including the lime juice) in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you want a clear juice. Serve immediately.
