- Chicken breast200 undefined
- Whole Greek yogurt150 undefined
- Extra virgin olive oil30 ml
- Lemon juice10 ml
- Parsley10 g

Procedure
0. Heat a grill or nonstick pan. Rub the chicken with oil, salt, and pepper. Cook over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes and slice into thin strips.
1. Slice the iceberg lettuce into very thin strips, like julienne strips. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half (or quarters if large).
2. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley until smooth.
3. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and chicken. Drizzle generously with the yogurt sauce and mix well.
4. Serve immediately, optionally with croutons, toasted seeds, or a few parmesan shavings for garnish.
5. Add corn, avocado, or cucumber for a more filling option. If you prefer a higher-protein version, also use 10% fat Greek yogurt. It can be made ahead of time, but add the dressing just before serving.
