Prova la pasta fredda con mozzarella, pomodorini, basilico e olio EVO: un piatto fresco, veloce e gustoso, perfetto per l’estate e i pranzi leggeri.
Ingredients
- Durum wheat pasta180 g
- Mozzarella150 g
- Basil20 g
- Extra virgin olive oil3 tablespoons
- Oxheart tomato2 u (500 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, according to the instructions on the package. Drain and immediately rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
1. Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Wash the basil leaves and dry them gently.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss gently to distribute the ingredients evenly without breaking the mozzarella.
3. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before serving, so the flavors can meld better.
