Merluzzo alla pizzaiola, un secondo piatto leggero e saporito con pomodoro, origano e olive. Gusto mediterraneo semplice e veloce da preparare.
Ingredients
- Cod fillet200 g
- Cherry tomato125 g
- Black olives40 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Capers in saltto taste
Procedure
0. Place the cod fillets in a pan with 3 tablespoons of hot extra virgin olive oil and 1 peeled garlic clove. Add all the pitted black olives. Cook for 10 minutes, turning the fillets often.
1. Remove the garlic, add the cleaned and halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 tablespoon of capers, salt, and parsley. Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, turning the fish at least once halfway through.
