Frollini al cacao friabili e golosi, ideali per colazione o merenda. Una ricetta semplice per biscotti al cioccolato fatti in casa, irresistibili e profumati!

  • 0. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
  • 1. In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
  • 2. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in cling film, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • 3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about 5 mm thick.
  • 4. Use cookie cutters to cut the dough into desired shapes. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between each one.
  • 5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies begin to darken slightly. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • 6. For a more indulgent variation, you can add chocolate chips or chopped hazelnuts to the recipe. Make sure the butter is soft but not melted, to achieve the right consistency for the cookies.
