Ingredients
- Ground beef600 g
- White bread400 g
- Cheese200 g
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Take the minced meat and divide it into many balls. Consider that from 600 grams of meat will come out about 8 hamburgers (depending on your appetite!). Mash the meat to form discs.
1. Heat the griddle (or a non-stick pan) and cook the hamburgers with the help of a lid (depending on whether you like them more or less cooked). It will take about 2/3 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Once the burgers are cooked, place a slice of cheese on top (it will melt with the heat). Assemble the buns with sauce/burger/cheese/burger/cheese/sauce and, of course, serve hot.
