  • 1. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until a smooth dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about 0.5 cm thick. Use Christmas cookie cutters (such as trees, stars, bells, etc.) to cut out the cookies and transfer them to the prepared baking sheets.
  • 3. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are just starting to brown. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
