Questo salame di cioccolato è un dolce semplice e senza cottura, perfetto da preparare in anticipo. Ingredients
- Dry biscuits200 g
- Dark chocolate150 g
- Granulated sugar100 g
- Butter100 g
- Hazelnuts30 g
- Unsweetened cocoa powder30 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Powdered sugarto taste
Procedure
0. Crumble the dry biscuits into coarse pieces. You can do this by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until you get a smooth cream.
1. In a large bowl, beat the soft butter with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, continuing to mix.
2. Combine the cocoa powder and melted dark chocolate, stirring until smooth. Add the crushed biscuits and, if desired, chopped hazelnuts. Mix well with a wooden spoon or your hands until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Pour the mixture onto a sheet of baking paper and shape it with your hands into a salami. Wrap the chocolate salami in baking paper and seal the ends well. Place the salami in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or better yet, overnight, so that it hardens completely.
4. Once solidified, remove the chocolate salami from the refrigerator, remove the baking paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Slice the chocolate salami into rounds and serve as a dessert or to accompany coffee.
