Questo salame di cioccolato è un dolce semplice e senza cottura, perfetto da preparare in anticipo.   • 0. Crumble the dry biscuits into coarse pieces. You can do this by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until you get a smooth cream.
  • 1. In a large bowl, beat the soft butter with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, continuing to mix.
  • 2. Combine the cocoa powder and melted dark chocolate, stirring until smooth. Add the crushed biscuits and, if desired, chopped hazelnuts. Mix well with a wooden spoon or your hands until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • 3. Pour the mixture onto a sheet of baking paper and shape it with your hands into a salami. Wrap the chocolate salami in baking paper and seal the ends well. Place the salami in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or better yet, overnight, so that it hardens completely.
  • 4. Once solidified, remove the chocolate salami from the refrigerator, remove the baking paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Slice the chocolate salami into rounds and serve as a dessert or to accompany coffee.
