Scopri come preparare un patè di fegato di pollo cremoso e saporito, perfetto da spalmare su crostini o pane tostato. Una ricetta rustica e raffinata, ideale per antipasti o aperitivi.
Ingredients
- Chicken liver250 g
- White onion150 g
- Butter140 g
- Mustard (sauce)5 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Melt half the butter in a heavy-bottomed pan and cook the finely chopped onions for 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent. Add the garlic and continue cooking for another two minutes.
1. Rinse the chicken liver and remove any debris. Add it to the pan and cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and mustard. If desired, add a little brandy.
2. Blend everything together in an immersion blender or a hand blender until smooth. Add the remaining butter, cut into small pieces, and blend again until smooth.
3. Serve in a small bowl with toasted bread.
