Fusi di pollo teneri e succosi cotti in pentola con aromi e spezie, un secondo piatto semplice, gustoso e perfetto per ogni giorno.
Ingredients
- Yellow potatoes500 g
- Chicken thighs500 g
- Carrots250 g
- Celery150 g
- White onion150 g
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Bouillon cubeto taste
- Parsleyto taste
Procedure
0. Start by cleaning and dicing the vegetables. Make a broth with the vegetable scraps by adding the water and stock cube to a small saucepan. Then, sauté the vegetables in a drizzle of oil and add the chicken drumsticks.
1. After about 5 minutes, add the broth and continue cooking the chicken with the lid on for about 40 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, dice the potatoes. After the first 40 minutes of cooking, add the potatoes, parsley, and salt. Cook for another 40 minutes. Serve hot.
