  • 0. Definitely the best chicken curry I've ever made. I started by cleaning the chicken thighs and cutting them into pieces. I left the skin on for extra crispiness during cooking. Then, add the chicken to the spices (salt, pepper, milk, and a clove of garlic). Marinate for half an hour.
  • 1. Start cooking the chicken in a wok or nonstick pan, adding a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Cook over medium heat. Meanwhile, prepare the rice using absorption cooking and add the peas and steam them (or boil them briefly).
  • 2. Once the chicken is crispy, lower the heat (it will need to cook for about 20 minutes). In the same pan as the chicken, sauté the cooked rice and blanched peas. Add the soy sauce and serve!
