Questa ricetta è ideale per chi vuole tenersi in forma durante l'estate. Una proposta low carbs ma gustosa. Non il solito pollo grigliato.
Ingredients
- Zucchini3 u (600 g)
- Whole chicken1 u (1000 g)
- Lime1 u (50 g)
- Extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon
- Black pepperto taste
- Sesame seedsto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Poppy seedsto taste
- Mintto taste
Procedure
0. Take the chicken pieces (better if you had it chopped up by the butcher otherwise arm yourself with a cleaver and repressed anger). In a non-stick pan add the chicken, mint, salt, lime juice and pepper. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for an hour.
1. Stir occasionally. In another pan, prepare the zucchini. Dice the zucchini and sauté in a pan with salt, a tablespoon of oil, sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Cook over medium heat with a lid for about 10 minutes. Assemble the dish and serve!
